Tsenta

Tsenta is an auto-apply service: it shows jobs from company career pages matched to your resume and, when you press Apply, fills in and submits the employer's form for you with a resume rewritten for the job and a cover letter when the job asks for one. It also collects employer replies in its own inbox and finds people to contact.

What can you do with Tsenta?

Apply to jobs without filling in forms

Press Apply on a job, or Apply to all on your top matches, and Tsenta opens the employer's application form in the cloud and fills it in from your profile: contact details, work history, answers to the employer's questions and your resume. Where a site such as Workday, iCIMS or Oracle needs an account, Tsenta creates one with a password you choose. Each sent application keeps a record of every field, answer, resume and cover letter.

Tsenta's AI writes the answers to employer questions from your profile; in the applications we checked, they matched the test profile. Employers see a private email address Tsenta creates and forwards to your inbox, unless you connect Gmail or Outlook.

Check the settings before your first Apply. By default Review before submit is off and resume edits are approved automatically, so applications and rewritten resumes go out without you seeing them. With review on, each application waits for your approval: answers and the cover letter can be edited there, while email, phone and the resume are locked and change only in your profile.

Five users on Reddit report wrong answers going out, such as “No” to a relocation question that got them rejected or a location changed to another country; Tsenta's founder says its AI can get answers wrong (Reddit).

Find jobs from company career pages

The job feed lists postings with a match score against your resume, filtered by date, location, workplace, company, experience, visa sponsorship and job type, and you can exclude words. You can open the original posting and apply yourself, or paste a job link from any supported site for Tsenta to apply to; the Chrome extension adds jobs you find on LinkedIn, Indeed or other sites to Tsenta's queue, and applying then happens in the cloud.

With a keyword, our feed showed relevant jobs at 85–88% match; the five top matches on the dashboard, scored 60–68%, didn't fit the test resume. Remote roles may still require you to live or be allowed to work in a particular country, so check each posting.

Get a resume and cover letter rewritten for each job

Before each application Tsenta rewrites your resume for the job, either reordering and emphasising your experience (Honest) or rewriting it to match the posting (Aggressive), or sends it as uploaded (Off). A cover letter is written when a job asks for one. You can download the resume each application used as a PDF; there's no separate resume tool or resume score.

In our account two of three resumes sent without review were reworded cleanly; the third repeated four points twice and dropped others.

Users on Reddit also describe tailored resumes as stuffed with keywords or hard to edit once made (Reddit).

Let Tsenta apply in the background

Auto Apply checks for new matches several times a day and applies without you opening the app, within your filters, a minimum match level and a daily cap you set; you can run up to five searches for different kinds of roles. On Starter and Pro you press Apply yourself.

Power only

Track replies and find people to contact

Employer emails sent to your Tsenta address land in a built-in inbox, sorted into rejections, interviews and other types, and move each application along a pipeline. The contact finder shows company news and suggests recruiters and managers to reach out to, with a drafted LinkedIn note you send yourself.

Before you pay

  • What you're chargedOn the web, the plan price, upfront for the period you choose: at checkout for Pro monthly the total was $39, with no sales tax from the US. Web payments go to Dodo Payments, which sells Tsenta's plans as merchant of record; plans bought in the iPhone app are billed by Apple at the app's prices. Tsenta's pricing page says every tier is the full product, but in the app background Auto Apply is marked for Power only.
  • Free trialNone; the 25 free applications serve as one, without a card.
  • RefundsFor web purchases, possible but not promised. According to Dodo Payments' Buyer Terms, refunds are at its sole discretion and there are none for unused subscription time; Tsenta's own Terms say nothing about refunds, and App Store purchases follow Apple's rules, which we haven't checked for Tsenta. One user on Reddit says a refund they asked for never came.
  • Renewal and cancellationPlans renew until you cancel. Tsenta says you can stop billing in one click; for web purchases, Dodo's Buyer Terms ask you to cancel by contacting Dodo at least 48 hours before the period ends. An iPhone subscription is cancelled in your Apple account settings. We haven't subscribed, so we haven't seen where Cancel sits in Tsenta.

What Tsenta promises

On its website: 50,000+ career pages watched, applying across “30+ more ATSes” (“nineteen” elsewhere on the same page), “hundreds of applications a week”, and “You approve before send … never silently sent”, though review is off by default. Its Research page says it processes over 100,000 applications every 24 hours, and its Y Combinator page gives both 90,000+ and 45,000+ users. Tsenta doesn't say how these are measured, and we haven't checked them. Its blog runs comparison pages against about 20 other auto-apply tools.

What information Tsenta asks for

Your resume, full home address (“most job sites need a full address”), phone and LinkedIn (optional), where you can work, answers to common application questions, and a password it uses to create accounts on job sites for you. Connecting Gmail or Outlook is optional. According to the Privacy Policy (effective October 2, 2026), with Gmail job sync on, Tsenta sends the sender, subject, category and preview of new emails and of the previous 30 days to OpenAI to spot job-related mail, and sometimes the opening of a message; Spam and Trash are skipped. Job-related emails are saved to the Tsenta inbox, replies are drafted but not sent on their own, and email data isn't used to train AI models. Separately, resumes and other AI inputs go to Anthropic and OpenAI, and anonymised data may be used to improve Tsenta's AI. Delete account in Settings disables the account and erases it after 30 days.

FAQ

Is Tsenta free?

Your first 25 applications are free, without a card, with tailored resumes, the inbox and the contact finder included. In our account an application that failed didn't count toward the 25.

How much does Tsenta cost?

$19 a month for 600 applications per 30 days, $39 for 1,500 or $99 for 4,500; paying for 3 months or a year lowers the monthly average. Only Power applies in the background.

Can I see applications before they're sent?

Yes, if you turn on Review before submit in the settings; it's off by default, so applications go out as soon as they're filled in. Every sent application keeps a record of what was submitted.

Which email do employers see?

A private address Tsenta creates for you and forwards to your email, unless you connect Gmail or Outlook.

Can I get a refund?

Not guaranteed. For web purchases, refunds are at the discretion of Dodo Payments, which sells Tsenta's plans, and its Buyer Terms exclude unused subscription time; purchases in the iPhone app follow Apple's rules.
