We used the free plan with a test resume: loops in the US and Poland, 12 applications that went out as emails, one extension run, the CV tools and one practice interview. What can you do with LoopCV?

Find jobs with saved searches

You create a loop with a job title, one country, experience level and keywords. LoopCV collects matching postings from job boards and marks how each can be applied to: by email, through its extension, or on the employer's site yourself.

In our free account the search found many jobs, from more sources than the free plan lists (such as LinkedIn, Indeed and Dice), but a large share didn't match the title. A loop for Poland found jobs too.

In our account each loop had automatic emails and form applications switched on by default; only an account-wide auto-apply switch, which started off, held them back. Check each loop's settings before you turn that switch on: from then on, they decide what goes out.

Users repeatedly report that far fewer applications went out than jobs were matched, or that applying failed with errors such as “Easy apply button wasn't found” (Trustpilot, Chrome Web Store).

Send applications by email

Pressing Apply on a match with a company email address sends an email application at once, with LoopCV's generic default template (“Dear Hiring Team”), your resume attached and the name on your LoopCV account rather than the one on your resume; you don't see the email first. In our free account all 12 applications went out this way.

Replies arrive in LoopCV's Inbox and are forwarded to the email on your account. You can edit the template in each loop; paid plans can send from your own mailbox (SMTP).

Edit the template first. Change the default text, and check the name on your LoopCV account, before you press Apply or turn on automatic emails.

Apply with the Chrome extension

The Apply Tool extension fills in application forms in your browser on job boards such as LinkedIn and Indeed, where you need to be signed in with your CV uploaded. Before it starts, a confirmation shows how many applications will go by extension, email or form, but not their content.

In our test it filled part of a Greenhouse form and then stopped without submitting, asking us to answer the questions it couldn't, such as work authorisation and salary expectations. On Premium and Done For You, LoopCV can answer such questions with AI once you switch on AI answering (setup guide).

One Chrome Web Store reviewer says the extension sent LinkedIn applications with an empty phone number and they were all rejected; another advises updating your CV on every job board first (Chrome Web Store).

Practise interviews with an AI interviewer

Interview Prep, marked Beta, starts a voice call with an AI interviewer for a job from your matches. You choose the interview type, number of questions and language (English or Greek in our account). Afterwards it rates your answers, shows your speaking pace and gives feedback per question on strengths and what to improve, tied to the company in the posting.

Check and tailor your CV

The CV Checker scores your CV with AI, with separate scores for format, sections, content and style; LoopCV says it uses OpenAI. In the CV builder a free account can edit an imported CV, but the preview is blurred and downloading a PDF needs a paid plan, which also adds AI tailoring to a job posting.

Track applications

A board, an applications list, an inbox and an overview with counts of matches, applications and emails show what has happened. In our account the email applications appeared in the overview and the match timelines but not in My Applications. LoopCV's website also offers free tools such as a cover letter generator and an ATS keywords checker; we haven't tried them.

Before you pay

  • What you're chargedThe dollar prices in the table were shown only after sign-up, in our account created from the US. LoopCV's public pricing page showed euros instead, even from the US, and lower amounts for the same plans, such as €8.99 a month for Standard on October 3, 2026. We didn't establish which price applies where.
  • Free trialNone, but the free plan has no time limit and needs no card, according to LoopCV's pricing FAQ.
  • RefundsOnly in narrow cases. According to LoopCV's Refund Policy:
    · within 7 days, for a faulty service or an unauthorised charge, not a change of mind;
    · only if you've applied to fewer than 20 jobs, LoopCV found fewer than 50 matches and the platform ran for at least 2 full days;
    · only the latest charge; Done For You is excluded from refunds;
    · no interview invitations is “not a valid reason”.
    The pricing FAQ says something different: within 7 days if you've used no more than 10% of your plan's applications. Read on October 13, 2026.
  • Renewal and cancellationPlans are subscriptions, and you can cancel any time on the Pricing Plans page in your account and keep access until the end of the period you paid for, according to LoopCV's FAQ. Its Terms don't cover payments or renewal, and we haven't tried cancelling.

What people like

  • Helpful, personal support, often from named staff

Most recent 5-star reviews on Trustpilot are short. A few reviewers also mention saving time or getting interviews.

What people complain about

  • Applications fail, or far fewer are sent than jobs matched

Two reviewers also report no relevant matches for their field after paying.

Themes mentioned at least three times in Trustpilot and Chrome Web Store reviews and a Reddit post from the past 12 months, with the same rules for praise and complaints.

About LoopCV

LoopCV is run by Loopcv Technologies P.C., a company in Greece, according to its Terms, which are governed by Greek law. Besides job seekers, it sells to universities, bootcamps, recruiters and career coaches, with white-label and API versions.

What LoopCV promises

On its website: “3x more interviews”, “61% of users get an interview in the first 10 days”, “25k+ jobseekers found their dream job” and use by “50,000+ job seekers”; its About page adds 1,495,000 jobs collected and 3,500+ interviews booked a day, and its agent page says most active users see 50–200 applications a week. LoopCV doesn't say how these are measured, and we haven't checked them. The website also lists a 2026 first prize at the Stelios Awards for Young Entrepreneurs in Greece and runs its own comparison pages against other auto-apply tools.

What information LoopCV asks for

To apply for you, LoopCV asks for your CV, a phone number and email for each loop, answers to application questions such as work authorisation and salary expectations, and the jobs you want. The extension needs you signed in to each job board in Chrome with your CV uploaded there; its store listing says it handles personal information, web history and website content. Sending emails from your own address needs access to your mailbox through SMTP settings.

FAQ

Is LoopCV free?

Partly. The free Basic Looper plan runs one search and is listed with up to 10 applications or emails, without a card, plus 2 CV checks and 10 practice interviews. In our account 12 emails went out on the first day and applying still worked, so how the 10 is counted isn't clear.

How much does LoopCV cost?

In our account created from the US, $19.99 a month for Standard (100 applications or emails), $59.99 for Premium (300, with AI screening answers) or $89.99 for Done For You. LoopCV's public page shows lower prices in euros.

Can I see applications before they're sent?

Only partly: pressing Apply shows how many applications will go by email, extension or form, but not their content, and in our account email applications went out at once with LoopCV's default template. The extension stopped and asked when a form had questions it couldn't answer.

Can I get my money back?

Possibly, within 7 days, if the service is faulty, you've applied to fewer than 20 jobs, LoopCV found fewer than 50 matches and the platform ran for at least 2 full days, according to its Refund Policy. The policy excludes Done For You from refunds.

Do emails count as applications?

Yes. Each email LoopCV sends to a company counts toward your plan's applications, according to its help page on limits. The app counts them separately on its overview.

We used the free plan with a test resume: a loop in the US and then Poland, 12 applications that went out as emails, one extension run on an application form, the CV Checker, the CV builder and one practice interview (Oct 6 and 13). We haven't paid for a plan, applied on LinkedIn or Indeed, used AI screening answers or tried cancelling. Choosery has no affiliate or business relationship with LoopCV. How we research

  • Soft pass: card summary; our check described once; one bold note instead of three; test numbers and timings moved to captions; shorter FAQ; listed-in line; visible screenshot captions
  • Added what we saw in our free account; shorter feature descriptions; how the free limit behaved
