JobCopilot

JobCopilot is an auto-apply service: you set up an AI copilot with the jobs and countries you want, and on a paid plan it looks for new openings on company career pages and applies for you. Its AI resume, cover letter and interview tools also work on a free account, and it offers hiring manager contacts, an application tracker and a Chrome extension.

We used the free resume, cover letter, interview and career tools; without a paid plan the copilot doesn't search or apply, so how it works comes from JobCopilot's own feature pages and FAQ. What can you do with JobCopilot?

Let a copilot find jobs and apply for you

You set up a copilot with the job titles you want, worldwide or in specific countries, plus filters, companies to leave out, your resume and answers to a few standard screening questions. Once you're on a paid plan, JobCopilot says the copilot checks company career pages for new jobs every 2 hours (the setup screen says every 4 hours) and fills in applications for the ones that match. In our free account, setup ended with a list of matching jobs from the past 24 hours and a button to activate the copilot.

At the last step of setup you choose Auto-Save & Manual Review, where it fills in applications and leaves them for you to check and submit (marked “Recommended for new users” and preselected in our account), or Full Auto-Apply, where it submits them itself. The setup screen says it answers screening questions for you with AI, based on what you entered earlier, and lets you set the writing style of those answers; which email address the applications use isn't confirmed. Elite runs three copilots, each with its own resume and search.

Check what it sends. JobCopilot says it applies only on official company career pages. Users repeatedly report applications to roles that didn't fit their instructions or resume, such as sales jobs for an operations profile; one reports applications to staffing agencies (Trustpilot, Reddit).

Improve your resume and write cover letters

In the app, you can ask JobCopilot how to improve your resume or have it rewritten, optionally for a specific job title and description, and choose the language of the result. The cover letter generator works the same way; if you leave out the job details, you get a generic letter.

On Elite, the copilot can also tailor your resume to each job it applies to; JobCopilot says you can review and edit each version before it's submitted. Separately, its free tools page has resume summary, bullet point and skills generators, an ATS score checker and a resume length checker that work without an account.

Contact hiring managers

For each job the copilot applies to, you can search for hiring managers by function, management level and location. Credits reveal a hiring manager's email address and LinkedIn profile.

JobCopilot's feature page says extra credits can be bought separately; in the app on October 6, 2026 we saw no way to buy credits, only the two plans.

Keep track of applications

Applications the copilot sends are added to a tracker, and JobCopilot says it emails a daily summary of how many jobs were applied to. The Chrome extension fills in application forms and saves jobs to the tracker; JobCopilot says it's free to install and use with an account.

Before you pay

  • What you're chargedYou see the amounts only after you sign up, and the subscription page opens on weekly billing; the public pricing page shows only per-day prices (Premium “starts from $0.93 per day”, Elite from $1.05). Weekly costs about twice as much over a month: your first 30 days take five payments, $64.50 on Premium or $79.50 on Elite, against $29.90 or $39.90 on the monthly plan. Seen on October 3, 2026.
  • Free trialNone offered, as far as we saw: the subscription page showed no trial on October 3, 2026, and in September 2026 JobCopilot told a Trustpilot reviewer that it doesn't offer a one-week trial. Some users describe a 7-day trial for $3.99, or a one-week trial, followed by regular charges (Reddit, Trustpilot); we haven't seen that offer.
  • RefundsGenerally no. JobCopilot's Terms of Purchase say charges already processed are non-refundable, because “our AI begins working immediately”. A refund, or extra time instead, is possible only if you report a technical issue that prevents proper use within the first 7 days of the subscription, and it's at JobCopilot's discretion; the Terms of Use have the same 7-day rule. Read on October 5–6, 2026.
  • Renewal and cancellationAll plans renew automatically. According to the help article in the app and the Terms of Purchase, you cancel under Settings › Subscription › Cancel Subscription, and the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. We haven't pressed the button. Users repeatedly report that it didn't work, or that charges continued after cancelling or deleting their account (Trustpilot, Reddit).

What JobCopilot promises

In its US Google ads (Google Ads Transparency Center, October 6, 2026): “Get 10X More Job Interviews”, “Trusted by 100,000+ Jobseekers”, “500,000+ hiring companies”, “Works while you sleep” and “Official website: transparent features, pricing, and real results”, although the amounts charged appear only after sign-up. On the Chrome Web Store: “Built by the #1 job application automation platform” and “As seen on Business Insider, Yahoo Finance, MarketWatch”.
