Let it find jobs and apply for you
You take a short quiz, upload your resume or LinkedIn profile and set the roles, locations and companies to target or avoid. Auto Apply then looks for matching jobs every day and fills in and submits applications, simple and multi-step ones, from your profile and a library of saved answers; the dashboard shows where it applied and which resume it sent.
A resume and cover letter tailored to each job are optional add-ons, each paid separately; without them, applications go out with your standard documents, according to AIApply's in-app help. Its Auto Apply page describes tailoring as part of every application.
According to its Terms of Service, you choose how much it does on its own: in Review mode you approve each match, in Hybrid mode it applies to high-fit roles by itself and asks you about the rest, and in Auto mode it applies to everything that fits your settings. The free account has no such setting, so we haven't seen which mode a paid plan starts in.
Users also report that applications go out from an email address AIApply sets up, so employer replies arrive in its inbox rather than yours, and that sites asking you to create an account, such as Workday, often fail. One employer wrote on Reddit that AIApply applications are easy to recognise: the file names mention it, and cover letter text runs off the page.
