Rezi

Rezi is an AI resume builder: you write or import your resume, tailor it to each job ad with keyword suggestions and a resume score, and download it in formats Rezi describes as readable by hiring software. It also writes cover letters, runs AI mock interviews, and has a Chrome extension that fills in job applications and keeps track of them.

What can you do with Rezi?

Write a resume with AI help

Start from scratch, upload an old resume or import your LinkedIn profile. Rezi's builder keeps the resume in a plain, single-column layout that fits the page; its AI writer drafts bullet points and a summary, and an AI Resume Agent makes changes you ask for in a chat. Pro includes one review by a person a month; a sample library has resumes to start from.

In our test the import was mostly right but lost a start date and split one sentence into three bullets, so read it before you download. On the free plan, the AI Resume Agent and job tailoring each save a new copy, and only the latest copy stays editable; earlier ones, including your original, are locked until you upgrade.

Tailor it to a job ad

Paste a job description and Rezi shows which of its keywords your resume has and which are missing; the Rezi Score, Rezi's own grade, checks content, format and length. Rezi says its formats are built for ATS software; we haven't checked how its score relates to callbacks.

Rezi can also write a bullet for a missing keyword. When we said yes to a platform our resume didn't mention, it added a bullet with experience and figures we never gave (a year of campaigns on that platform, an $80k budget), and the score went up. Skip removed it.

Free: first 3 missing keywords; the rest hidden Pro: all keywords, full score

Write cover letters

Rezi's AI writes a cover letter from your resume and a job ad, and there is a builder for resignation letters too. In our free account both the cover letter builder and the AI Resume Agent asked us to upgrade, although the FAQ on Rezi's pricing page says free accounts get unlimited cover and resignation letters. We didn't try resignation letters.

Practise a video interview

AI Interview is a video interview with an AI voice for the job you paste, up to 20 minutes, and it is recorded. Afterwards you get the video, a transcript and a report on how you came across. In our test the questions followed the job ad and our resume, but the interviewer cut answers off after 20–30 seconds and misheard some words.

Free: 1 interview; a second try showed an errorPro: unlimited

Find jobs and fill in applications

Rezi's job search lists openings from company career pages; Apply Now opens the employer's own application page. In our account it first searched for a job title copied from our resume and showed repeated, unrelated listings; a search we typed returned relevant jobs in New York and fewer in Warsaw.

The Chrome extension fills in application forms on systems such as Workday, Greenhouse and Lever and saves jobs to a tracker; you still submit each application yourself. iPhone and Android apps let you swipe through jobs. We haven't tried the extension or the apps.

Free plan & pricing

The free plan has no time limit and needs no card. Pro is billed every month or every 3 months; the 3-month plan appears only on the upgrade screen in the app, not on the pricing page. Lifetime is a one-time payment for the same features without the monthly expert review.

Before you pay

  • What you're chargedThe app selects the monthly plan by default and showed prices in Polish złoty to us in Poland until we switched to US dollars. No trial at checkout (); Rezi's iPhone app lists purchases called “Pro With 7 Day Trial” and “Pro With 3 Day Trial”, whose terms we haven't seen.
  • RefundsWithin 30 days, according to the pricing page. Its FAQ promises a full refund on Pro and Lifetime if you ask within 30 days of the purchase. Rezi's Terms of Use say nothing about payments, renewals or refunds, so the FAQ is the only written refund promise we've seen.
  • Resume review by a personPriced per word, by how fast you need it: from $0.05 a word for 5 days to $0.23 for 12 hours, and 12 hours is selected by default. For our two-page test resume that came to $42.80–$196.88; the pricing page says “from $8”. Pro includes one review a month; Lifetime doesn't.
  • Renewal and cancellationPro renews until you cancel; the checkout says so in one line. You cancel in Account settings. Check the timing before you cancel: according to Rezi's user guide, Pro ends as soon as you confirm, not at the end of the month you paid for. The account then drops to the free plan and keeps one resume; the others stay locked until you subscribe again. Rezi may offer a discount before you confirm.

Extension and app

Chrome extension18 ratings4.3
iPhone app1 ratingToo few
Android appNo ratings yet—

The extension rating covers the free autofill and tracker; the store lists 2,000 users. Of the 12 store reviews we saw, 7 five-star reviews carry names that match Rezi's team on its About page (one only as a first name and initial), and none says so. That limits how independent the extension rating is; it says nothing about the Trustpilot rating. Checked October 14, 2026.

What people like

  • It's easy to use
  • Clean templates; the resume stays tidy and on one page
  • Tailoring a resume to each job ad, with missing keywords
  • Helpful AI suggestions for bullet points
  • Quick, helpful support, including refunds and cancellations sorted out
  • Interviews or a job after using it

What people complain about

  • Glitches or confusing navigation (also in positive reviews)
  • Cancelling didn't work, or charges continued; support resolved two of three cases

Themes mentioned at least three times in our analysis of all Trustpilot reviews from the past 12 months, with the same rules for praise and complaints. Reddit is not part of this analysis yet. Note that a widely shared r/resumes ranking that puts Rezi first is by the founder of Resumatic, which Rezi lists as one of its own products.

Alternatives to Rezi

Rezi is listed in Resume builders & checkers, and also in Job boards & aggregators and Interview assistants.

About Rezi

Rezi started in May 2015 as a weekend project by Jacob Jacquet and has its office in Seoul, South Korea, according to its About page; the same page lists two other resume products, Resumatic and Resumai, as its own. Its Terms don't name a company; the Chrome Web Store and App Store list the seller as Rezi LLC, with a US address.

Rezi also sells an Enterprise plan ($99 a month per 200 users) to universities, agencies and career sites. Support is by email (support@rezi.io), through user guides on the site and a Rezi community on Reddit. A September 2026 extension review says there is no support at weekends.

What Rezi promises

On its site: “62% of Rezi users land an interview” in the headline and a “62.18% review rate for applicants” at the bottom of the same page, with no explanation of how either was measured; “4+ million users” and 4,510,834 job seekers helped since September 2019; users hired at “1,000+ companies”. The extension page says “Free to use. No limits” and “Auto-fill is free, forever.” We haven't verified any of these.

What information Rezi asks for

An email address to sign up (or a Google or Apple login), then whatever you put in your resume; you can import a LinkedIn profile. The extension handles personal and login information, according to its store listing. Rezi's privacy policy says it doesn't sell users' private personal information, uses cookies and pixels to show some users targeted ads, and lets you delete your account yourself in Account settings, which removes all your resumes. AI interviews are recorded on video and kept in your account; the privacy policy doesn't mention interview recordings.

FAQ

Is Rezi free?

Can I get a refund?

What happens if I cancel Pro?

According to Rezi's user guide, Pro features stop as soon as you cancel, not at the end of the paid month. You keep one resume on the free plan.

Does Rezi apply to jobs for me?

No. Its Chrome extension fills in application forms, but you review and submit each one yourself.
